SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all of our products and only ship to and from the United States.

All products are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground which typically ships within 2 - 5 business days. Please allow at least 2 days of handling time to process and ship your package for applicable products.​

If you have not received your package, please do the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.​

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, reach out to us at customercare@nitesport.co with your order number. You can also our contact form for inquiries regarding your order.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

We are the sole owners of our fulfillment center so any inquiries regarding your order, shipping, and customer service should be through our customer care e-mail address, and you should not expect to do business with any third party.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently offer free returns for any products that may have been defective, damaged, or did not meet your expectations.

We will provide you a prepaid label for you to ship the products back to NiteSport with a return address via USPS or UPS.

Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase appropriately by contacting us at customercare@nitesport.co with your order number. Once we receive a refund / exchange notification, we have 2 business days to respond to your refund request and take appropriate action. Please be sure to send us any additional supporting documentation such as receipts, photos, or videos when submitting your request.
